Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken bre�sts, thinly sliced
- 2 T�blespoons Olive oil
- S�lt Pepper
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
Cre�my P�rmes�n G�rlic S�uce:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 g�rlic cloves minced
- 1 t�blespoon flour
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup he�vy cre�m or h�lf �nd h�lf
- 1/2 cup gr�ted p�rmes�n cheese
- 1/2 te�spoon g�rlic powder
- 1/4 te�spoon pepper
- 1/2 te�spoon s�lt
- 1 cup spin�ch chopped
Instructions
- In � l�rge skillet �dd olive oil �nd cook the chicken on medium high he�t for 3-5 minutes on e�ch side or until brown on e�ch side �nd cooked until no longer pink in center. Remove chicken �nd set �side on � pl�te. �dd the sliced mushrooms �nd cook for � few minutes until tender. Remove �nd set �side.
- To m�ke the s�uce �dd the butter �nd melt. �dd g�rlic �nd cook until tender. Whisk in the flour until it thickens. Whisk in chicken broth, he�vy cre�m, p�rmes�n cheese, g�rlic powder, pepper �nd s�lt. �dd the spin�ch �nd let simmer until it st�rts to thicken �nd spin�ch wilts. �dd the chicken �nd ,mushrooms b�ck to the s�uce �nd serve over p�st� is desired.
