Ham and Cheese Crescent Roll-Ups




Ingredients

  • 1can (8 oz) Pillsbury� refrigerated crescent rolls SAVE $
  • 8thin slices cooked ham (8 oz)
  • 4thin slices Cheddar cheese (4 oz), each cut into 4 strips


Steps

  1. Heat oven to 350�F. Separate dough into 8 triangles. Place 1 piece of ham on each triangle; place 2 strips of cheese down center of ham. Fold in edges of ham to match shape of dough triangle.
  2. Roll up each crescent, ending at tip of triangle. Place with tips down on ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake 15 to 19 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Serve warm.

Ingredients Topping 1/2 cup (70g) all-purpose flour 1/2 cup old fashioned oats 1/2 cup (110g) packed light-brown sugar 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt 1/3 cup (76g) unsalted butter , diced into small cubes Apple filling 2 lbs Granny Smith apples (at room temperature) peeled, cored and sliced thin (about 1/8-inch) 3 Tbsp (42g) unsalted butter , melted 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour 3 Tbsp water 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup (55g) light-brown sugar 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1 pinch salt Instructions Preheat oven to 375 degrees and position oven rack one level below the center.
